Fully Automatic Vertical Vacuum Packaging Line FULLY AUTOMATIC LINE;  The fully automatic vacuum packaging line can be created with the vertical vacuum principle and optionally as an open or closed system. In this case, adding is the same as suction. It consists of filling and weighing, vacuum unit, transfer robot and conveyor units.
 
Operating principle
In this case the transportation system is the same as that of the product.
The bags, previously supplied as needed, are placed in molds.
The products introduced into the filling unit are automatically weighed.
Filling of the mold on the line is carried out by operator command or automatically.
The mold filled with the product enters the vibration process and the voids in the product are eliminated.
The system automatically brings the molds to the front of the vacuum unit.
Here we wait for the pouring process of the previous mold.
When the previous mold vacuuming process is completed, the system takes the new mold and starts the vacuuming operation.
From here, the package sucked into the mold is removed from the belt with the help of the robot and sent to the stacking unit.
This process continues cyclically.
