OPEN TYPE VERTICAL AUTOMATIC VACUUM CLEANER

Operating principle
Being an open system, it works with a broken air intake system.
The bags are placed in molds which are transported from the patient conveyor system to the filling unit.
The bag to be selected must be appropriate to the structure of the product and the negative vacuum pressure that will be applied.
Optionally, products that will be damaged by daylight and sunlight can be protected using aluminum foil bags.
The products in the mold, which are moved by sensors on the conveyor, are kept in the desired vibration section and are guaranteed to settle completely in the bag.
Products that go through an automatic vibration process pass to the front of the suction unit.
Here the system waits for the previous mold vacuuming process to finish.
When the vacuum packaging and sealing process of the previous mold is completed, the next mold enters the vacuum unit and the air in the package is removed by the air absorbers in the nozzles.
For sensitive products, gas shield can optionally be added to the bag.
During the process, the molded, vacuumed and sealed bags automatically arrive at the transfer robot via conveyor belts.
The robot takes the vacuum bag inside the mold and transfers it to the stacking unit.
This whole process continues very quickly and practically in a cyclical manner.
 
Areas of use
It is not suitable for powdered products. It is used for granular products such as legumes, nuts, meats, dairy products and dry foods.

The automatic vacuum system can be used to vacuum package products from 5kg to 25kg.
